TUBE FLEX
Tube Flex model has a 160 chuck size and a power range of 3000W to 6000W. It can support tube feeding up to 12000mm (472″) and workpiece lengths up to 9000mm (354″). The machine weighs 3.5T and has a maximum idle speed of 8000 mm/s
The machine has several advantages, such as:
- The ability to achieve zero tail material cutting with free switching of cutting areas for long materials.
- A unique bevel cutting method with a groove, which simplifies pipe splicing and welding.
- A high-precision servo chuck that offers better clamping accuracy, improved dust resistance, and a longer service life. This chuck also prevents thin-walled tubes from deforming and allows for the cutting of special-shaped tubes.
